Armonia Health LLC and Li-Lan Hsiang Weiss are looking to rent treatment room space to a licensed NC massage therapist with an already established client base or committed to building a thriving and relational practice. These are the current terms:
- Leasing treatment room for massage therapy and related sessions for at least 16 hours per week, room is to be shared with other practitioners, there are a total of three treatment rooms, one that is available for small classes (ie meditation, gentle movement).
- Two year lease, $600/month for 16 hours/week.
- Looking for a place to be with other practitioners who are committed to clinical growth, being of service to the community, and committed to one’s personal self-growth. This person appreciates getting to know the practitioners and clients from various backgrounds and cultures. Current practitioners offer possibilities for client/patient referrals and clinical discussions. Review this website to familiarize yourself with its current culture.
Included in the rent is:
- Furnished treatment room with massage table, one room has an electric massage table.
- Use of Mindbody scheduling software for client appointments, practitioner payment reports, class/workshop listing, and more.
- Listing on the Armonia Health website & newsletter (>600 emails of persons mainly in the Triangle area)
- Social media (IG @armonia_health, FB, Youtube) opportunity to cross share marketing content.
- Discounted fee for rental of Armonia Health space for workshop/intentional gatherings (includes use of lobby, kitchen, chairs/massage tables)
- Possibility of renting more than 16 hours per week can be discussed.
- Opportunity to contract separately the services of Armonia Health’s Spanish-speaking scheduling assistant.
