My name is Monica Paredes and I’m from Mexico City where I used to be an English Teacher for a private language center.   It was very unique to have met Li-Lan who speaks Spanish so fluently and I loved to see her passion and professionalism treating her patients.

I am very happy to have the opportunity to be part of Armonía Health LLC’s team and I love to see the happiness, relief and satisfaction on the patients’ faces after seeing the therapists here.  I continuously marvel at the improvements I see in people that visit this practice.

I have benefited a lot from my time with the therapists at Armonia Health LLC:  I have learned more about my emotions, how my body communicates with me and I have improved my diet. I have also enjoyed learning from the workshops and classes that are offered here.

I am satisfied with being able to facilitate the schedule for our clients and helping keep a smooth running practice for everyone.

My hobbies include spending time with my friends, family, and boyfriend.  It helps me relax and brings me to joy to make and decorate baked goods.  I also enjoy dancing.
